Emergency Procedure Cards
In an emergency situation it can be very easy to panic and be overwhelmed by the scenario.
Having a laminated card with your emergency procedure laid out to follow will relieve some of the stress and help you deal with the scenario to the best of your ability. Let others know it's in your pack too, should you be the unlucky one.
The cards have been produced by British Cycling for MTB leaders but the process is much the same for everyone.
Use them as a template to make your own based on how you ride and the kit you carry. Plus, because it's not simply a copy & paste job, it's far more likely to stick in your mind from the start!
